Sringeri is a place in Karnataka, South India. This is the First of the four Mathas
(Monasteries or Ashrams) established by Adi Shankracharya a renowned religious figure in India Since 5th Century B.C.

Adi Shankracharya left his Family in his early age and became a wandering preacher. He travelled all over India and established four Mathas  (Monasteries or Ashrams) in the four directions. Sringeri in the South, Goverdhan Math Puri in the East, Dwarka in the west and Joshi Math, Badrinath in the Northern Himalayas.

The objective was to rejuvinate the Sanatan Dharma (Religion) and propagate  Monotheism. The Chiefs of these Mathas are called Shankracharya. These Mathas since begining have important spiritual, economic  and political roles.

Our Guru Shri Harshvardhan Chaitanya being the disciple of the same philosophy, we have named our property on the name of holly place Shringeri.
